Executive Dialogue
Sustainable energy is essential to the development of both developed and underdeveloped economies. Energy from oil and gas has provided vital energy to support the rapid economic expansions of the 20th and 21st centuries, but greenhouse gas emissions are driving harmful climate change. Curtailment of emissions requires rapid and meaningful changes across industry, notably in the energy and transportation sectors to realize net zero emissions goals. Iman Hill, Executive Director of the International Association of Oil and Gas Producers discusses the critical role hydrocarbons have to achieve global net zero goals in a sustainable energy future.
