OTC 2023 Emerging Leader Award recipients will be recognized at OTC 2023. 

This program acknowledges and celebrates one young professional from each of the OTC sponsoring, endorsing, and supporting organizations.

CONGRATULATIONS TO THE 2022 CLASS!

Congratulations to the 15 early career professionals named to the 2022 class! The Emerging Leaders program recognizes young professionals with fewer than 10 years of experience in the offshore energy sector. 

The OTC Emerging Leaders are professionals who are making key contributions to the offshore energy sector in their field of work, service to the industry, innovation, and focus on safety.

The 2022 class was honored during the conference on Tuesday, 3 May.

Nominee Requirements

  • Nominee must be an early career professional with 10 years or less of industry experience
  • Nominee must currently work in the offshore energy sector
  • Nominee must be a member in good standing with one of OTC’s sponsoring, endorsing, or supporting organizations 

Nomination Process

  • Identify one or more outstanding early career professional(s) within your sponsoring, endorsing, or supporting organization
  • Complete the online nomination form
  • Request a resume or CV to include with the nomination form
  • NOMINATION DEADLINE: Tuesday, 24 January 2023

Program Benefits

  • Recipients will receive a complimentary 4-day registration to OTC 2023
  • Recognition throughout OTC, including on the OTC website, social media platforms, and in the digital onsite program
  • Recipients will be listed in the OTC Awards Display, a permanent awards display case in NRG Center
  • Recipients will participate in the selection process of the Class of 2023
  • Acknowledgment at an onsite awards ceremony
