To receive a refund, all cancellations must be received in writing no later than 17 April 2023. Cancellations made after 17 April 2023 will not be refunded.

OTC 2023 will be held at NRG Park in Houston, Texas, USA.

Please allow plenty of time for the extra traffic around NRG Park during OTC.

International Attendees

Badge Pickup

Badges will not be mailed in advance to registrants. Attendees can pick up their badge on-site using the QR code they receive in their emailed confirmation and at one of the following, convenient remote locations:

Conference registrants will be allowed two free badge reprints. A fee of USD 50 will be charged for additional badge reprints.

Photo Identification 

A government-issued photo identification (passport or driver's license) is required.

Security Measures

All bags, including purses and laptop cases, will be subject to search before you enter any OTC areas. For safety reasons, luggage is not allowed inside the halls or technical sessions at OTC. A luggage check will be available to attendees. No one under the age of 15 will be admitted onto the exhibit floor.
