When booking hotel arrangements, you have many options, but some can be time-consuming and the benefits don’t always pay off. Save time and benefit from additional services when you book through OTC’s housing provider, Maritz.

To reserve a hotel room through Maritz:

1.  Choose a hotel from the official list below View the Hotel Maps
2. Be prepared to put down a credit card guarantee/one night’s deposit
3. Through the registration process, make a hotel reservation online.

Hotel Cancellation Policy
Hotel cancellation policies vary.  Please refer to your individual hotel confirmation for a specific cancellation policy. Remaining hotel room reservations can be canceled with no penalty until 1700 hours (ET), 10 April 2023. After this time, hotels will charge a non-refundable 1-night room and tax deposit on all current reservations. If you reserve your hotel after 10 April, the non-refundable 1-night room and tax deposit will be charged as soon as the reservation is received by the hotel.

Failure to check in on your scheduled day of arrival (no-show), will result in forfeiture of your deposit and your room will be released by the hotel.
